Hey family! I'm sorry i couldn't send pictures i am in an Internet super CHAFA significa sucky haha but on the bright side we had a good week. We were able to find new people and accomplish almost all of our weekly goals. Its hard sometimes to work through the let downs of people not be honest and not progressing because they are people you really come to love them! they become someone that shapes your life and you learn so much from them... then as they fall its depressing to not see the progression. We were not able to have the baptism this week for things that have passed but i sure hope the hermana comes around.
I have seen the hand on the Lord this week in His help in completing the goals we have.. sometimes we have to stop stressing so much about the little things so that the spirit can have direct links to our thoughts and heart. I have learned a lot this week about the trials and the love of God. This Friday we were asked to do an activity for the relief society but we were asked on really short notice so we just had a movie night and we watched Emma Smith .. to be honest i received an answer so clear... more clear then i have ever received in my life... from the Emma Smith movie haha who knew. But i also understood that the things that happen in our life are all for the good the lord has it all mapped out sometimes its really hard to just not think in a set out plan and trust in yourself but let it all work out for the Lord its a hard concept to grasp but its something we have to learn in this life!
its a blessing to see changes int he people you teach! and sometimes it hurts to hear what people think. yod and her husband was supposedly ready to accept the gospel as he told us... yesterday we went to teach them and the Hermana Cosette told us she is praying and she is starting the book of Mormon and we decided to see the Restoration movie so we put that in and the hermana the whole time looked like we were crazy and the hermano was laughing... we after it had finished asked them what they thought... the hermana just sat quiet and said at first i thought you were crazy but i feel it might be true and the hermano flat out told us logically he does NOT believe in Joseph Smith... but we explained the whole prayer and how they are going to get an answer and they committed to pray about it and the hermana told us she is going to read the book of Mormon in whole it was a good night...
Also this week i have seen the importance of the priesthood i have learned that apart from these next 3 months i never ever ever want to live without the priesthood in my house what a blessing and comfort it is to have the priesthood and feel the comfort and power of God. i never realized the comfort i felt and had to have the priesthood in my home!

Well family another week! wow really its passing by soooo fast!!!! #kindaachallenge #bittersweet #justcauseitbugsdadandhunter Well i sure hope life is going great i feel like your emails are getting less and less detailed every time i read them... you're forgetting about me here in Mexico... its ok ill live #dontworryaboutme #lifesbetterintheserviceoftheLord
Well this week was somewhat of a slow week! we didn't have that many lessons only 23 for the week... its because everyone is out of town for the vacations and they also are all leaving because it is so hot here incredible hot! its over 100 degrees every day... I never thought i could live in such heat! haha i am not complaining just stating the facts haha #copyingmydad #notcomplaining its crazy! but that's the reason that no one really has been home! as you've all seen in the pictures it is so hot here that we have to bathe in the night before we sleep in our clothes then in the middle of the night we wake up sooo hot and our clothes completely dry so we have to bathe again to be able to sleep! haha lovin the heat! i think its hotter here than what hunter is living in!!! #sorrykid #itsworsehere
Well this week we had many chances to see the hand of the Lord in our lives even tho things get hard there is always ways the Lord manifests that he is here and mindful of us! as Children of our Heavenly Father we have been blessed with many gifts to be like Him This week we were teaching a new invest. about our Father in Heaven and she just kept saying no he is a spirit he doesn't have a body.. but as we testified and read scriptures to the Hermana the spirit was so strong that testified to us that our Father in Heaven knows us perfectly and can understand our every feeling just because He too has a body of flesh and bones and we can feel His love and that testimony through the Holy Ghost that can testify to us of the truth! what an amazing life we have as we learn and keep the commandment of the Lord that we can feel of our father in every moment maybe not in all the ways as warnings, comfort etc.. all the time but he is with us in every minute!
This week i read an article from the Liahona this month called The Power of Faith...if you have the chance to read it and study it.. its amazing... it really helped me understand more the plan that God has for us and it helped me change me view on what really is the Faith! I hope that you can get the chance to read it .. its short and talks about a woman with neck problems but it powerful! I loved it!

well guess what i wrote the whole letter... then realized it was in SPANISH grrrr!!!! #languagebarrierproblems well this week was super good!!! Apart from conference everything went great! we even had a day with 9 lessons!!! i haven't had that in a long time! it was a blast! but also we had a day with only 3 lessons... that was a little hard but we learned a lot that day... we walked a TON that is why i am so burnt and i got blisters on the bottom of my feet! crazy but the Lord ALWAYS provides!!!
We have our inves vicki that will be getting baptized the 16th of this month! we are stoked about that and so is she!!! she will not be getting baptized int eh baptismal font she will be getting baptized in a place called "el ojo de agua" its GORGEOUS! i am so excited for her! she left her coffee addictions behind and is progressing soooo much!!! This work is just amazing!!!! #thechurchistrue #ilovethiswork #beingamissionaryisthebest
well conference was SUPER cool I received MANY wonderful answers to things i had been praying for and for things that i didn't not know i was questioning in my heart not gunna lie #thebestconfyet #sadday i didn't get to see Utchdorf OR Holland the best two ever #icried #sosad #freakinchine but other than that it was amazing! i loved the talk from Boyd K. Packer! that was amazing haha and i loved from Wilford W. Anderson we can all learn the dance steps but we have to hear the music! i really related to that talk it was sooo amazing! I can not wait to go and read them again! what an uplifting weekend!
I really hope you all enjoyed and received the answers you need! i love you all more than words can express but more i love my Savior. I am so grateful for the blessing it is to have knowledge of the Plan of Salvation and the Atonement... How blessed we are to have a LOVING Heavenly Father!

Hey y'all well its the best time of the year!!! i am so stoked for the conference!!! its going to be amazing and i know each and everyone of us if we prepare we will receive answers to prayers and doubts and the future! Aren't we just so BLESSED to have a prophet in our lives that leads and guides us every day so that we can return to live with our Heavenly Father and that we have the Priesthood in our lives so that we can complete with the saving ordinances of the Gospel. I am SO grateful for our prophet Thomas S. Monson! i am so excited to receive answers and help the people here receive answers too! i also love a scripture that is in Mosiah 15:11 that tells us of a very big promise that we have if we just follow the voice of the prophet! how wonderful is it!!! well i CHALLENGE every one of you to invite SOMEONE at least ONE person to conference to "Come, listen to a prophets voice"
1. Come, listen to a prophet’s voice,
And hear the word of God,
And in the way of truth rejoice,
And sing for joy aloud.
We’ve found the way the prophets went
Who lived in days of yore.
Another prophet now is sent
This knowledge to restore.

I love this song it testifies of the truths of having a living prophet here on the earth. I am so grateful for the blessings i have in my life especially this restored Gospel that brings us more joy tan we can experience here in this life.
Well we are having a lot of success and a lot of trials but the Lords hand in our lives is the best thing to recognize this week we put a date with an inves. named Virgin... we call her Vicki she has been investigating a lot of time but we just laid down the law with her she is addicted to coffee and now she has received a blessing put her own date and has completely stopped drinking coffee in just one week we will be praying that she doesn't relapse and wait for her Birthday April 16 that's her baptism date!!!! i am so grateful for the priesthood and the blessings that it brings to us in our lives through our faith!!!
Well family prepare to listen to the Prophets voice D&C 132:3 I love you all!!!
Also remember that it is so important the atonement of our Savior but the most beautiful thing is that HE LIVES!!! and we will too one day!!!!!

Well family another month has passed and gone and i just completed 14 months in the mission... i can not believe it i am an old sister missionary! I know those of you that are elders that's not much but for sisters that's a ton! Well lets not talk about time because for those of you at home yeah its exciting but for me its bitter sweet! But all is well in Zion... those with pure hearts and clean hands!
Well family i am so sorry i haven't been able to write a ton in these past weeks its been super hectic! like none other! But now its calm and i hope its that way for the next 4 months how crazy that's a lot!
Well this area is the best!!!! its moving a long a lot! right now we had 29 lessons and with the majority with inves, over half to inves and that we didn't have much lessons 2 days so this week should be better and we have a lot of people progressing.. i hope to help a lot the people here jst finish good here! i really enjoy it!!!! its super fun my comp is a BLAST we are just a like so we are just bringing this town something they've never seen before! haha something we are starting here is mending the relationship between members and missionaries cause they sister before kinda really broke that bond... so we have been stuttering along in the area.. but the work doesn't progress without references from members or without lessons with member! you need the both to have success here in the area... so the hna and i are working together to help the member trust in us and make it all work. something i was readying this week in my notes in my scriptures that an Apostle challenged every member to give the missionaries a reference every quarter of the year! are you doing that??? if not i challenge you to prayer and look for people so that you can receive promised blessings of a greater understanding of the Atonement of our Savior Jesus Christ. And you'll feel the joys in sharing the gospel and the light of our Savior.
We had new inves yesterday Abraham and Goset that were amazing the hna doesn't believe in God but whats something more in her life and as we left the lesson after talking about ba´ptism in the first lesson the hna Orduña and i both said we felt and could just see them sealed int eh temple THEY ARE MY MISSION!!! oh and SAD NEWS Gloria from last week... and her family moved for emergency to Chiapas:( I'm sad but all happens for a reason!!!
Also i was reading a talk in the priesthood session of general conference from October and i really loved it i don't remember what its called in English! but its by Quinten L Cook and i was just super inpressed by his bluntness i LOVE IT! that's one thing i have learned from the mission is that its better to be blunt.. but he said a quote that i LOVE and it doesn't apply to just those going on a mission it applies with whatever goal we have it says: "Young men, PLEASE recommit to worthy conduct and serious preparations to be emissaries of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ." Kade that's what i want you to read this talk its sooooooo good!!! well that applies to all of us in whatever stage we are in in our live and all the goals we have... i love the question... "Will doing this make me a better person?" always remember that!!!
Well Family i love you sooooo dearly especially now that i know that my baby dawson knows who i am even tho i left when she was just 10 months old!!! Well have an amazing week do the challenge and be happy people!!!

Well my wish came true!!! in interviews on Wednesday president still didn't have my changes so i told him if he wanted he could send me to El Itsmo to finish out these next 4 months... and guess where i am?!?!?!?! IXTEPEC ...EL ITSMO! i am super excited its going to be a BURNING blast ... actually i am burnt just from today!!! how lame haha maybe ill come home skinny and dark... that would be weird... it'd loose it in a month in retched Alaska!!! but that's OK i love that place!!!!
Well in my other area... we left it FULL of life 5 dates for baptism a ton of new inves and contacts and a bunch of members helping i sure hope that the hnas can figure everything out!!
Well i traveled all day yesterday and got here and we went to teach a family that was very nice also we are teaching a super awesome family.. it was awesome while we were teaching i had a feeling as if i knew them and i realized that maybe i do!!! i am super excited to work with them!!! ill take lots of pictures and send them!!!
I am just so grateful for the opportunity the Lord has given me to be here and to learn so much about him and his Gospel!!!!

IXTEPEC ...EL ITSMO! i am super excited its going to be a BURNING blast ... actually i am burnt just from today!!! how lame haha maybe ill come home skinny and dark... that would be weird... it'd loose it in a month in retched Alaska!!! but that's OK i love that place!!!!
Well in my other area... we left it FULL of life 5 dates for baptism a ton of new inves and contacts and a bunch of members helping i sure hope that the hnas can figure everything out!!
Well i traveled all day yesterday and got here and we went to teach a family that was very nice also we are teaching a super awesome family.. it was awesome while we were teaching i had a feeling as if i knew them and i realized that maybe i do!!! i am super excited to work with them!!! ill take lots of pictures and send them!!!
I am just so grateful for the opportunity the Lord has given me to be here and to learn so much about him and his Gospel!!!!
